1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

2. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Personal care items (toothbrushes, grooming tools, etc.)

  • Underwear & innerwear

  • Consumables

  • Items marked “Non-returnable” on the product page

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp, phone, or email.

  2. Provide your order number and a clear photo/video of the issue.

  3. Our team will review and approve your request within 24 hours.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer or wallet credit.

  • Processing time is typically 1–3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • For “wrong item sent” or “defective/damaged products,” we cover return shipping costs.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for:

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Wrong product delivered

  • We do not offer exchanges for size and color. If you would like a different size or color kindly place a new order.
7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
If already shipped, will not be possible.
