1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:
The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
You received the wrong product.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
2. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Personal care items (toothbrushes, grooming tools, etc.)
Underwear & innerwear
Consumables
Items marked “Non-returnable” on the product page
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number and a clear photo/video of the issue.
Our team will review and approve your request within 24 hours.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
Refunds are issued via bank transfer or wallet credit.
Processing time is typically 1–3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
For “wrong item sent” or “defective/damaged products,” we cover return shipping costs.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for:

Wrong product delivered
- We do not offer exchanges for size and color. If you would like a different size or color kindly place a new order.
7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
If already shipped, will not be possible.
